The last thing we expected on Blood Orange’s genius new album was the presence of Carly Rae Jepsen – but nonetheless the tracklisting exceeded our expectations once we had our first play of ‘Better Than Me’ from the album Freetown Sound. Following this Dev Hynes has delivered live performances of the tracks, but not official videos.
Today, ‘Better Than Me’ is accompanied by an 80’s classic inspired video, directed by none other than the man himself Blood Orange. Sit back and enjoy a room full of DYI dancers, and the ever constant feeling that MacGyver could pop out of the woodwork at any minute.
