James Blake has released his third full-length album, The Colour In Anything [Polydor Records], today. Not only do the 17 tracks boast Blake’s original sould and feel, but are stacked with features from the likes of Bon Iver, who features on the song ‘I Need A Forest Fire’, plus Frank Ocean and Rick Rubin contributed to The Colour In Anything as co-writer and co-producer, respectively. The album artwork was created by renowned illustrator Quentin Blake.
Blake recently lent his inimitable voice and production to “Forward” on Beyoncé’s chart-dominating #1 blockbuster Lemonade, whilst strategically hiding this piece of art under the hood. Enjoy below.
