Who would have thought what was once a dusty apartment / office space on Karangahape Rd (Auckland Central) would soon be the breeding ground for some of the most cutting-edge creative minds, hands, and voices in our city.
Taking a cultural stand and walking a path against the grain, ‘The Grow Room,’ has become a melting pot for those challenging the borders that music can traditionally be confined within, and supporting a breadth of releases as one. The Auckland-based collective defining themselves a creative space, record label, and radio show have delivered a 27-track Bandcamp release with physical copies rumoured to be floating at their exhibition this Friday 29th of April.
